Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii ?.

It’s been quite a ride so far and by God’s Grace, it’s the last day in the month, October. Amongst the million and one things that occurred in the span of this month was the notable match against cancer especially since October is known more commonly as the “Cancer Awareness Month”. I am so proud of friends, family, organisations that championed various courses with the sole aim of creating some sort of awareness:

?Preventive measures;

?Early Detection;

?Treatment options;

?Knowing the things cancer could do and more importantly, the things cancer CANNOT do;

?Supporting people with cancer;

?Celebrating survivors;

?Promoting/ spreading love and hope etc…

This is an encouragement to anyone reading this: Cancer awareness goes way beyond the awareness month in October.

Go on, read articles, make inquiries from medical personnel or well-informed people, know the basic information in the awareness “modes” as mentioned above, participate in routine check-ups, join a club or vision-driven organisation supporting cancer awareness(or start up one), encourage a sick one, pray for them, spread hope, love, not fear and misinformation, engage in fitness and wellness activities, eat right and above, trust in God to keep your body whole, for strength or for healing…

Let the awareness continue!!!

I learned of the full Cancer Awareness Calendar and Ribbon tag for the first time in this month. Have a look below:

I have followed The Pink Pearl Foundation for about 7years now. They haven’t relented in their goal of creating cancer awareness.

Here is the trailer of a movie produced by the foundation #LivingFuneral. I hope to see it when I can.
